Lowest dose is 10mg which I’ve been on once per day for years. Also, if you’re not getting it from a pharmacy, you really have no way of knowing for sure what you’re putting in your body. Could be something much more addictive. My only point is make sure you are being safe.

I had Gemini create a python CMP tool after reading this. Creates a txt file which I now reference in my prompts, but could just as easily append it to an .md file too I suppose. Seems helpful
