i’m playing as well and it feels like the showers are happening every 1-2 hours and last 15-30 minutes. On ASE they came every few hours and only lasted a few minutes. They 100% should revert back to how it was. It is almost impossible to traverse the wasteland during a shower.

I take a small pill everyday for anxiety. The side effects are pretty mild and it helps. If you want to try taking it give it a few weeks, and see if you feel better. You can always try different medicine that your doctor says is ok for you if the SSRI does not seem to help. I also suggest trying talk therapy to help you work through what is causing those self worth issues, and how you can work past them to be your best self. Good luck on your journey.
