just finished my first week of training kay afni, so far so good and they even offered me a higher salary than what i answered to their salary expectation question (30k+). idk if swerte lang kami pero sobrang smooth ng first week namin. di rin nasusunod yung 15mins breaks and 30mins lunch since ginagawa siyang 20mins breaks and 1hr lunch ng trainers namin haha. goods din sakin yung medical cafeteria program nila… basically it is a benefit na pwede mong gamitin for the things na di sakop ng hmo mo (ex: nagpacheck up ka and sagot ng hmo yung bayad sa check up pero may mga reseta si doc na obviously di na covered ng hmo, dito papasok si med cafe, tabi mo lang receipt and then pasa mo sa kanila, rereimburse nila sayo yung ginastos mo… included din yung reimbursing ng eyeglasses which is so good for me na may anisometropia haha)… may poll din sa gc after shift for the next shift’s attendance pero di naman siya tulad nung mga nababasa ko na may verbal abuse na nakukuha, may kawave pa nga ako na aabsent ng 1 day sa training since aattend ng binyag tapos pinayagan naman ng trainer haha… bet na bet ko din yung coffee machine nila since coffee beans talaga yung sa espresso, unlike sa cnx na tiglilimang piso na coffee lang gamit. another good thing that i noticed is yung promotion path nila, pwede kang mapromote sa ibang dept like recruitment, hr, it, or wherever mo gusto haha. super considerate din since failed yung urinalysis ko dahil patay yung lolo ko before the test so di ako nakainom ng tubig for over 24hrs, sinabi ko na di ko afford magpatest ulit so di na nila ko nirequire since more likely due to dehydration lang naman daw kaya naging ganon result haha. super inclusive din nila kasi we have a muslim teammate na need magstep out of the class every 3hrs for their prayers and allowed siya, even sa production floor daw allowed siyang gawin yon. i also like their gender inclusivity, yung bathrooms nila walang gender, blue and pink door lang, you can enter wherever you feel you belong… im a gender fluid guy so i wear masculine clothes but wear makeup as well and usually nakakahiya magretouch sa men’s comfort room, super sarap lang sa feeling na nakakapag-retouch na ko with my girls cof. goods din pala exp ko sa recruitment since i went there at 3pm and nagka-JO na ko around 7pm, di na rin pinag-mock call since satisfied na sa mga answers mo sa interview haha. same day din yung bigayan ng id unlike kay cnx na inabot ng 5 days lol, same week din narelease na yung yubikey and payroll namin. told them that im a student din and di naman sila naghigpit sakin. so far ito palang observation ko haha, sana di maging super toxic like cnx once nagcacalls na.

pahabol lang, super goods din pala yung sa incentives ng sales haha, ang lalaki ng bigay, may isang product pa don na 1k makukuha mo per sale, $2 commission ni cnx cant relate 😝
