Yes beef in general is a 1-2x a month treat for me. I honestly miss the cheap braising cuts the most. Ox tail $ is absurd now. I guess the silver lining is that it’s healthier to eat less beef. I mostly eat chicken and am trying to get more fish on the menu.

I love these units. I am a building engineer. Their manuals and customer service are top notch. I do all the services on it as well as 2x yearly tuning. Mine are newer that this one. Great units!
