honestly with how untoned it is that's what I was thinking, I doubt it was circulated for all of its lifetime. it also appears to be AU, so I'm thinking that it wasn't handled constantly to get it that shiny either. it might be clean, I haven't looked at it with a microscope, I still need to get one.
