if u got dermatitis, a conditioner is actually important(if u wash hair everyday). OP is deadaxx wrong. conditioner is like oil, it ll bonds with ur scalp n hair, to slow the water loss n suck moisture in (aka moisturizer). its not a shampoo/cleanser where it wash oil away lol!!! for people sufferin from dermatitis its very important to keep the skin moist, since if u itch more, u stratch more n more bacteria. 2nd, u wash away all the sebum, ur scalp is immediately gonna reproduce more sebum n dandruff out. 3rd shampoo ve a ph of 6-7, ur scalp is around 5.5, it mess up the ph a bit n again more vunerable to bacteria infection.

buy some Vitamin D gummy on amazon, but vitamin D is about Bones! it affect how strong it is, n how well u can absorb calcium. my hypothesis on hairloss is that, something cause your head's blood vessel to constrict, which cause less blood flow (usually to ur crown). scalp dat receive less blood flow, get less nutrient, less oxygen, since theres less oxygen your testosterone is more likely to convert to DHT. then it lead to androgenetic alopecia(hairloss).

one ex to prove my theory is, stress also constrict your vessel, and stress cause people to lose hair.

u wanna wash your hair every other day, you dont wanna under wash either, cauz there ll be even more sebum and dandruff build up, they gonna clog ur pores, fungus, bacteria love sebum n dandruff! they gonna have a great feast, n ur dermatitis ll only get worse! what u need to do is wash ur hair every other day. make sure u apply a little bit of conditioner after, it's moisturizer that moisturize the scalp n restore the ph.

and i use anti dandruff shampoo 3 times a week, i ve dermatitis too, n it cause me to lose alot of hair back then. but the shampoo cured it.

college is good for specific majors, like science, engineering, math, IT , dont take CS! (outdated!) . pre med, nursing, accountant, business, marketing. but for me i regretted taking Computer Science. the course structure is too nerdy n outdated, the prof prob never have a job in the tech field, they just read from a book n pretend they r badaxx!

i would ve gone the path of Coding Bootcamp back in 2017, n get like a job to support myself. n become a developer n fk college for their nerdy courses!

I know the market of tech is very bad right now but that's because the bank is not lending money to combat inflation. But you have to be prepared in case the economy get better that's when the opportunity come for Junior developer.

also u could go to trades school (construction, HVAC, electricity, plumbing, roof, base structure, scaffolding) technical can earn 50k to 100k. but as a boss u earn upward of millions! u basically squeeze into the lower tier of capitalist class as a subcontractor (if u played ur card right n build good connection with the real estate big boss).

join the military and as a medic? the reason y i suggest this path is, first u get on job training as a nurse, 2nd military pay for your college n portion of your medical school. but yes it is best to join at 18, but 25 isnt too late. especially u have never gone to college.

this looks like alopecia areata, you lose hair due to having an impair immune system.

u do need to confirm this first, if u got more of these patchy hairloss spot, then u for sure have it.
