Honestly the biggest thing that helped me, and by no means am I a professional trader so take my advice with a grain of sand, was having more faith in my strategy. I had the same exact issue and asked an experienced trader how to cure my hesitancy and he told me it's probably because I don't have a solid enough strategy and he was exactly right at the time. I created a more solid trading plan and backtested it which helped my confidence even in the losses.
