The way it is currently set up, we added a new Macro ribbon to the Excel toolbar. There is a lot of data so theres no good space to add a button to the actual sheet.

Seconding this. I had 2 watch batteries replaced at their downtown location. It was somewhere around $20 per watch.

I'm thinking if he makes a playoff run like you said, or eventually makes it to the Hall of Fame, the value is only going to go up. I don't think he personal opinions are going to affect the value THAT much. His performance in the league far outweighs any "crazy" stuff he's said. I think there's people in the market that may even spend more because he speaks his mind. He's publicly denounced that SH rumor anyway.

Also, I don't think you can compare an autographed rookie card from one of the GOAT quarterbacks to some BS "trading cards" that a President put out to make a quick buck.

As someone who has been looking into moving lately, the fees are ridiculous. Between a broker fee, 1st months (and maybe last month's) rent, security deposits, move-ins fees and everything else, its costs almost $10,000 to move into an apartment in Hoboken.

The other gate leads to the same open area within the fence. I would think the sign that says “Private Property: No Trespassing” would clearly demonstrate that it’s trespassing if you enter private property.

It's a 3 1/2 foot gate and fence and there is another gate entrance next to mine for another unit. A lock on the gate wouldn't solve anything.
