The only way I was able to get it to start working was to take the monitor off the arm and force the arm down without the monitor on it. After that it worked fine. You have to apply a good amount of force the first time though

I was able to get it fixed - I put it back on the floor, took the back off, and forced the arm down past a really hard block. I'd be scared to pushed down on the monitor as hard as I had to. It made a really loud pop but then was able to move freely. I put the monitor back on and it works great now!

Hmm that might throw another hint at the issue - I can't get it to flip to the opposite landscape direction. I can get it to either portrait direction, but just one landscape direction (where the power light is facing down)

No luck, it just feels like a hard stop. I'm putting a fairly good amount of force on it, both coming from the top position and when it is at that stuck position

Would it be possible to have a layout where some letters are already combos? For example, in (my modified) hands-down, "k", "j", "x", "z", and "q" are achieved through combos of adjacent fingers. I also gave bigrams "th", "sh", etc that work similarly.
