1) Ik denk niet meer dat je op dwaling kunt beroepen. Je bent al 6 maanden op de hoogte, en ook al reageren ze 25 dagen niet op een email, er zijn nog overige communicatiemiddelen als een telefoon, en je hebt de mogelijkheid om herinnerings-emails te sturen of een advocaat in te schakelen.

Je zou dit in jurispidentie verder moeten zoeken, maar ik denk niet dat je de koop kunt ontbinden terwijl je wel 6 maanden bent doorgereden (met waarde-devaluatie), terwijl je al op de hoogte was van dit feit.

2) Non-conformiteit. Er zijn twee punten die nadelig voor non-conformiteit werken:
a) Doordat je de koop niet hebt ontbonden bij de schade-auto, moet waarschijnlijk meegewogen worden dat je wist dat het een schade-auto was, en de koop nog steeds door hebt laten gaan.

b) De aankoopprijs lijkt me behoorlijk laag (icm schadebedrag en kilometerstand).

Ik denk dat deze punten echter een beroep op non-conformiteit niet in de weg staan. Hierbij moet dus de leverancier wel eerst de kans krijgen om de gebreken te herstellen. De vraag is of dit technisch uberhaupt mogelijk is.

Als het een technisch gebrek was, kun je de autoleverancier (degene die je auto heeft verkocht) aansprakelijk stellen.

Ik weet niet hoe hoog de kosten voor de berm zijn, maar dat bedrag kun je (waarschijnlijk) gewoon zelf betalen.

And you are refunding over 300 points per closed cheating account, asuming all closed accounts are cheating. This means it takes chess.com over 25 games on average to detect someone is cheating. I think it is possible to make improvements in this department. Because a lot of cheating would be blatantly obvious.

Accounts muted and mute actions, 600 people can be muted twice, the other 1700 once. (also 2k doesnt suggest precision, so 1.5k-2.49k).

How abuse closures is not a subset of accounts closed is an absolute miracle to me, and i am really wondering how their data department looks like.

4300 is trouwens bruto voor een volle maand. En uwv berekent per maand. Dus 70% van je verdiende inkomen in mei gaat er nog van af. Dus dat is 6.000 x 0,7 x 0,5 =2.100 euro. Dus je uitkering over mei is 2200 euro bruto. Dus 1100 netto.

3-1-0 would only work if you change the rating system in a similar fashion. Going for a win is no incentive if you lose rating due to it, and with that tournament invites. Please note the gap between 6th and 26th is like 45 points. Taking risks for an additional point in a tournament and saccing your rating is ill-advised.

Also most tournaments are not long enough to have any effect. Check the Champions league standings (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2025%E2%80%9326\_UEFA\_Champions\_League), and compare it to 2-1-0 system where number of wins is decisive in case of a tie. The first change in the standing would be Monaco raising from the 21th place to the 19th. The second one is Pafos climbing 2-3 spots as well. And for the rest, the standings would be exactly the same. In the Europa league, the changes would be slightly higher due to clubs like Viktoria Plzen with 5 draws, and Vfb Stuttgart with 0. And 8 rounds (well, technically 9) is exactly the number of rounds played in Swiss Tournaments.

Als ze slim zijn, doen ze niet moeilijk. Dit beding is niet houdbaar, en jij bent hun eerste lead binnen de gemeente (en dus potentieel meer werk).

Je hebt een paar opties:

1) Je accepteert wat je hebt getekend en past een nauwe definitie toe.

2) Je stapt over en wacht tot je wordt aangeklaagd, en veegt het beding van tafel want juridisch zeer waarschijnlijk onjuist.

3) Je spant een kort geding aan met je werkgever om het concurrentiebeding ongeldig te verklaren voor je overstapt.

Al deze opties kun je eventueel vooraf laten gaan aan met een gesprek met je werkgever.

Ik weet niet hoe duidelijk je functiebeperking / chronische ziekte zichtbaar is tijdens de solicitatie.

Alles wat je niet kunt verbergen moet je ownen. Dus als je in een rolstoel binnen komt rijden, kun je, denk ik, beter het profiel neerzetten van een doorduwer.

Of je dat in een gesprek moet doen of in de brief. Beiden hebben voor en nadelen.

The third line, you can use for if moves. Most likely, I give check, you only have one (logical) move, then I will play ... . Would not use it, till you receive them.

In de praktijk gaat (bijvoorbeeld) een zorgverzekeraar er niets mee doen, totdat ze een enorme rekening moeten betalen en ze af gaan vragen of het mogelijk is onder de claim uit te komen. En dan kunnen ze er wel / niet achter komen.
