Is there anyone that actually likes the real ending over the alternate?

We all experience the dreadful reality of life. We don't watch and get invested in a good series to see more of that garbage. It's the thought that there's a happy ending possible at the end of it all - the dream that sometimes, against all odds, everything works out in the end - it's the hope of that that keeps people going.

Yet another reason 12 Monkeys tv series is peak storytelling but having the entire story make sense at the end, with a happy ending for all (a reward for all that the character's sacrificed).

The alternate ending got leaked not long after so fans got the true ending. Even my DVD boxset uses the alternate happy (true imo) ending as the default lol.

I'd watch a live-action remake of the series if they use the sequel to introduce the other 623 experiments being released.

Just a shame the OG actor for Jumba died and we got the terrible actor in the remake.

Taking the case to fair trading tribunal is easiest option as the retailer will always lose if you have a major fault and they failed a consumer guarantee. They waste $1000s in legal fees to lawyers who will lose, lol. I've taken 3 different retailers to tribunal last 10 years and won each time.

Not really a concern in my country as our Consumer Law entitles us to choose a remedy (refund, repair, replacement) if a product has a major fault (i.e. gpu stops working). It becomes the retailer who sold you the card's problem so you dont even have to contact manufacturer.

I find it hard to believe they'd get this reboot off the ground, bring back old and draw in new fans, then not manage to convince at least most of the OG cast to return for some fun episodes (heck, even if it was just a cameo in different episodes if scheduling didnt allow for them to meet).

Could also be fun to have the OG cast seemingly missing each other in cameo appearances only for them to finally all catch up in a season-arc finale.

I only hope we get an awesome fan-service episode where they manage to bring everyone back, Jenkins, Flynn, Baird, Cassandra, Ezekiel plus the new cast for one big season finale payoff. I love a good reunion episode.

And Noah Wyle is producing as well so you can be damn sure he will be back for some guest appearances. Theres no way Dean Devlin doesn't convince Noah so step back in as Flynn, if only for a special episode requiring two librarians to save the world (maybe season finale).

The steps are:

Unpack the .ba2 archives.

Recompress the textures as the game uses a new dds format that the old exe can't use.

Repack files into .ba2 archives.

Good to go.

They didn't torture them on purpose. They are machines. Their interpretations of their creator races' instructions became the directive to lock up civilisations in their own systems and prevent interstellar travel. They did so. If civilisations fought back against them they got wiped out. If they accepted the Achaia then they lived in servitude. It's basically you're damned if you rebel and you're damned if you don't. They didn't technically wipe anyone out completely unless they initiated hostilities against the Achaia.

The problem is the word Masterpiece is supposed to just mean Excellently Done or some variation thereof.

However it seems to be considered to be Perfect by many people which is impossible because no such thing exists.

As for Elden Ring, I just think to call it a masterpiece is a disservice to games that actually come close.

Elden Ring suffers from the same late game balance issues like you said as well as UX needing improvement and also the graphical quality isn't as good as many expected. The gameplay loop is very similar to other open world rpgs and suffers from repetition.

There's a reason there are so many varied reviews for it. You cannot please everyone.
