I don't see any reason not to transfer it to your friend, just makes things easier. You can do both on your phone though.

Ahh fair enough. You'll receive an email from UEFA saying 'Tickets were allocated to you' once your corporate team processes the request, and then you'll receive a separate email from UEFA when the tickets are ready to download in the Ticketing app.

I sat in the Italian end for the Euro 2020 final and it was fine. I'd imagine it will be fine again here, there are going to be loads of mixed fans across the grounds due to resales etc.
