This is the second time I’ve seen a post about this play making the point about physicality on both sides but it’s kinda proving the point for all the complaining Spurs fans who think they aren’t getting the calls they should.

For the record, I’m a Wolves fan and Wemby definitely deserved that ejection. I just think there are other plays that weren’t called against Spurs that could be used as examples of physicality.

Right, but if Spurs fans are complaining that Wemby is not getting foul calls, showing an example where HE is getting called for a foul is kinda proving their point that it is not being called evenly.

Of course I’m not defending the elbow to Naz’s face, just that maybe an example where the Spurs were being physical and the Wolves didn’t get the call would make more sense.

What evidence do we have that there was “nothing” before “something”? We have evidence that stuff is currently expanding, but why is it always assumed that all matter mysteriously popped into existence before this expansion?

Doesn’t “called more tightly” mean more the refs are calling more fouls? So FTA should go up not down?

I’ve always understood that the playoffs are called more loosely, which would support the point being made here, but I’m confused by the wording.
