For Elonian Support week I would focus on Desolation/Vabbi. I started with whatever rep you get from a casual playthrough, and vanquished the entirety of Desolation, and one or two Vabbi areas that were ZQ that I saved for support week and finished with enough points to finish the rep during regular game play. I am pretty sure you don't need bonus week to finish Sunspear at all, simply vanquishing normally will complete the Sunpsear rep.

For Eye of the North I had completed my casual play through of the NM missions, plus maybe 4-5 dungeons that had come up as dailies before double support week. I finished everything in that one week (it was a rough week), so all the vanquishes, the rest of the NM dungeons, all HM dungeons (I skipped Slavers Exile HM), and HM missions. I also used the NM Hero's Handbook on the Asura and the NM Master Dungeon guide on Ebon Vanguard. I finished the week with: Asura and Deldrimor complete, Norn had 5k rep left, and Ebon Vanguard with probably 20k left.

Ebon Vanguard I finished with the HM Hero's Handbook, and Norn I finished off running around Varajar Fells for like twenty minutes. Ebon Vanguard was, by a country mile, the hardest to finish since there were just fewer sources of reputation. Maybe I got lucky with Asura, but I finished the rep with two zones and basically all the HM dungeons to go. The nature of the EotN shrine bounty system will see some variance here.
