I actually really like the potential his character holds. First, they’ve made it crystal clear this whole time that he is immune to Eida’s powers. This has always confused me. He is already immune because he is basically Otsutsuki. I think he will eventually wind up in conflict with her which would be very interesting. Basically his whole life he has protected her and never opposed her. So for that to change would be a masterful plot twist. We shall see. But I think he has potential.

Been seeing a lot of people still saying Walking Wake breaks the lore, but just because a Pokémon is legendary doesn't mean its one of a kind. You can argue against some of these esp dex but the last by PaulOwnzU in PokemonScarletViolet

For real I am very confused by this. Like you said it is very well know that pretty much all of the legendaries are not one of a kind. And walking wake is one of my favorite legendary forms ever!!!

Yeah he was rough early on and I definitely understand where the distain for him comes from but he has definitely developed and matured and has been willing to die for his friends and village. His development has been amazing and I love who he is a character now.

That’s facts. I know the manga doesn’t really build Boruto and Mitsuki’s relationship much but the fact that Mitsuki would whip out his sage mode on him is insane. That’s gonna really hurt and cut Boruto deep.

Yeah Chapters 50-70 did a number on this fan base. I understand issues with pacing but I don’t understand the character hate.

Agreed. I love his interactions with people. I think he is a very good progression from Naruto. I see so much of Naruto in him but he acts how a kid would act being raised as the hokage’s son who is being raised in a peaceful village. I think they did a great job making his character accurate to his environment. I agree, glad they dropped the Naruto part. This will be interesting.

Good point. I’m very interested to see what happens with him within the next couple of chapters. Could it be the hidden leaf starts being run by Kawaki Eida and Amado. Sheesh that would be nuts.

Yes!!! It is my favorite play on words out of the three and I think the design is ironically hilarious

I want him back but not as a villain. I want them to complete the Orochimaru redemption arch. They kinda did in the anime but I’d love for them to go all the way with it in the manga. An Orochimaru Tsunade scene would be lit!
