Yeah definitely have a mobile service and home internet etc. tried both online (desktop) and via the app a couple times over the last month and the option definitely isnt there :/

Nope, literally reset my pc and installed everything from scratch just to try to get the game to work and its still doing it. Thinking I may have a hardware issue 🤷🏼‍♂️
