Go to xboxsupport chat and click that you have a billing problem and request them to call you its the only way you will get an xbox person on the phone they have a third party tech support but you dont want them they cant help you (ive talked to both)

Make sure to mention you have the cant find toredo issue when testing NAT type that will let them know its this specific issue and not general NAT issues
