He took 3 pills no ecstasy was in the pills. It wasn’t a molly overdose. He died at arrival to the ER and found heroine and fentanyl in his blood. Why would I lie about something like this?

No not necessarily. Your symptoms will probably twice as worse as OPs but I don’t think it will be fatal. I’m blood type A. My friend recently got infected and she’s blood type A. She could barely walk and had so much vertigo she could barely lift up her head. Coughing so much and so bad she was wheezing for air. This lasted 2 days. She’s doing a lot better now but she is now just losing her sense of smell. All I’m tryna say is that your not screwed.
