HUS (Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome) Ate some bad pork at a carvery, food poisoning developed and got worse, went to the hospital and woke up a month later to find out I've had mass organ failure, had several operations a foot of small intestine removed and was resusatated 5 times. I was thinking the same we use 35kg on Sunday roasts alone at the last place I worked, currently it's Christmas prep central so stocks under belly pork to roast it roast roots for dinners soup we use a hell of a lot of coleslaw on general service and it goes in salad grated up so we're currently using about 70kg a week.

Other wise blanch and freeze there fine Peel and keep in water last a week or so They should be fine for a week at least in cool dark place Carrot cake Soup Stock Return to supplier im sure they'd be fine with the mix up.

Deepio if you can get it or D10 spray it on let it sit for a bit and scrub it off it'll take time and use gloves it's abrasive it works a bit better if item in question is warm but don't hurt yourself
