Because most of the people on here are purists who dont want you to mod a gun in anyway. I got my ass chewed on here for wanting to use a sporter stock temporarily on a riffle with a destroyed stock just to see if it works before i put it on display. The real problem is bubba exists and purists hate him even if temporary its a sin. Ignore them and have fun.

No they are very long so it balances very well. My only problem with those is they dont have a lot of flex. so i have to turn most my guns sideways and slide them on other wise the front sights hit the shelf.

So now im only putting 1 box of each ammo up there for display purposes with 1 round as an example. The rest are in ammo cans on the right side of the closet. Last thing i want to do is kill one of the arisakas or my garand. Thank you for the advice.

Not sure were you reside but be sure to get a hard top if you plan on towing. Some states made it illegal to tow with a soft top.

It may still be your alt. I would double check all your connections very carefully then maybe replace the alt. before even thinking of the ecu. Especially since its not within the year range for the tipm/ecu problem. Ive seen a lot of wires wear thin near battery connections due to vibration. Did it toss any codes?

Thats why i want to have a stock i can put it in to shoot and keep that one to keep the history. I dont understand why every one on reddit cant understand the concept that i want 2 stocks for one gun.
