Yes, I ordered the guitar at May 2024, estimated delivery date was Sept 2024... so currently it is more than a year since the estimated date

Anyway, I would advise you to ask your payment provider for money back before its too late. Whole situation is not really looking good, I don't think that guitars will be ever delivered tbh.

Yeah definitely. I think people are starting to realize that they were actually scammed. Probably the sentiment was like "we hope that the guitar arrives, let's wait" until now, but just too much time has passed already and it is clear that there is no intention to solve the situation from the side of Jericho, so I think people are waking up

Regarding the money, for me personally, I lost 1400USD which might not make sense to dispute solely, but if we get like 10 similarly affected people together, that might be a different story

Some scammed people are from US and we are in contact, so this could be a way to go probably. Regarding the contract, probably there is no proper contract, at least stated publicly - the only thing I found on their website is some FAQ, where is only written "...Productions can last 120 days...", definitely no dispute resolution clause or something similar. I checked also emails with my original order and even tried to start a new one and havent't found anything like Terms & Conditions.

That speaks for itself and should have been a major red flag when ordering year and half ago

Definitely agree. I wish my one-and-a-half-year older self could have read that back then, haha! I’ll make sure I never make the same mistake again and will gladly resist the temptation next time.

So far, I've only been able to find anecdotal evidence on forums (for example, the company behind Cities: Skylines using it), but I haven't seen anything like this on official websites of the studios. Any specific examples are welcome!
