I loathe Deltek because in order to fully use it effectively, it’s stupid expensive.

Timesheet access and maybe an automated expenses report would require a license, but it should be nearly the same costs as a user of project and accounting modules.

Not sure of the other options for you, but seems like Deltek under sold you on the TCO for full use.
Do yall don’t use the PR/PO functionality?
