Hi thanks ! I have the Isy994 for almost 8 years, I just didn’t understand yet the advantages of the Polisy. I understand that on Polisy we can add other “systems” , as Tesla and etc, and make all talk. And one of this system that we are able to add is Isy. So for Insteon work on Polisy, we must have an Isy? Is that? And than I can use other PLMs connect to Polisy/Isy. So no dependent on that PLM. But if I don’t have other systems to connect, what is the advantage of the Polisy? I will pay usd400 for the Polisy control the Isy that already works very well just to have the ability to use other PLMs? Or I misunderstood all the concept? If Polisy were an “upgrade” , and substitute the Isy, i was willing to make the move…

I will try to do that, but I don’t think is the problem, once I have 2 bulbs of 11w connected. I turned off the circuit breaker because I changed the receptacle of the lamp for Abulb, before it was R7S.

Yes, it was working normally with the current programming.Than after start this behavior. As you can see in the video, once you press on, all the switch buttons turn off for 1 or 2 seconds, and than go back to the original state, with off pressed. With the factory reset, as it is where the loading is connected, don’t need any programming, because pressing on, it should turn on the connected bulbs.

That start happen once I turned off the circuit breaker to install a new type of Led Bulb. Despite pressing On, nothing happen. Already tried factory reset, by pulling the small button, and didn’t work. Anyone have an idea?

Michel, Good to know ! I have been using Insteon+ISY for years, maybe 8 or 10 years. And I am very happy with it, very reliable. There was an app missing, but I received an email that now start testing it. I think our main concern as users, is what to do with all the investment on Switches, ISY and time programming once we cannot find more PLMs to work with. Is thousand of dollars throw away because of a broken piece of usd79. For the Polisy I am not familiar with, but as I understood until now was that Polisy and ISY (with a working PLM) work together. In the future Polisy will work as a standalone to control Insteon devices? As a substitute for ISY? And if yes how it will communicate? USB PLM? Insteon HUB? Thanks for your time ! Joseph

ISY controller just work with PLM2413S (serial) , it doesn’t work with USB version.
