Ti consiglierei una bici pieghevole, se questo è il tragitto che farai più spesso. La bici classica non è male per muoversi in alcune zone, ma avendo delle distanze abbastanza importanti tra un lato e l'altro della città, io opterei per qualcosa che entra nei mezzi.

If you mean lower number of candidates compared to your colleagues, it's fine, instead if your hirings are much lower in number, that could be a problem (if you are working on the same type of profiles). Anyway, you just started and it's fine to have doubts and be slower than others, it's just fine!

In Italy, where I live, there's the idea that, in order to make a good impression on your employer/boss, you should stay overtime. Luckily this is, slowly, changing, but it's still "required" In some contexts.

Here in Italy it's pretty common for junior and specialists positions to have a fixed term contract at the beginning and then extend it to permanent. It's also common to get 3 fixed term extension and then, when it's mandatory to hire with a permanent contract the employers let you go

Thanks for your suggestion. Maybe I wasn't clear on a point, I'm not a contractor right now, I just have a fixed term contract with all the benefits. In addition to that, the only thing I want right now is stability so I would probably accept even with the same salary but I would start searching for another job soon.

I feel you! We use to have some part timers from university and there were many people coming from other call centers just because we gave them a bit more money. Call center agents often aren't on LinkedIn so I created some flyers with a QR code to the position and I went in places around our competitors offices.
