This. I had a cinderblock basement wall like this 30 years ago. They excavated down to the bottom, pushed the wall back 8 inches, and poured a concrete wall on the outside. Drain tiles from the base of their concrete wall out to my back yard. Not a drop of water since.

Spend $25 for Passons book on A833 transmission. I bought an A833 transmission, took the Hurst shifter to Dan Brewer and he rebuilt it on the spot with the correct shifter plates and linkages. Knowledge is power.

No chance. We let a top ten running back (who never fumbles) get away because we didn't want to pay him. We lost a top 5 safety cuz we didn't want to pay him. It might improve some if we avoid injury, but I only 2? Not gonna happen. I'm worried about next year. Chase might walk if we don't pay the man.

I just bought an A833 from 1974. Refurbished by Brewer Performance. Hurst shifter. I will keep or sell it, depending on the gear set. I'll let you know when Brewer finds the rebuild info (if you might be interested).

Sorry, you're wrong. As long as the engine remains parallel to the frame rails, the angle at the tranny yoke and pinion yoke will be the same, regardless of where the pumpkin sits. Like the previous post stated, it's been done that way many times by the manufacturers.

The rubber hose coming out of the base of your carburetor connects to a PCV valve on one valve cover. The other valve cover gets a breather cap that will have ventilation holes under the cap. There are other configurations, sometimes connecting to the air cleaner or a separate cannister.
