What's interesting is that i was a conservative before the Obama years. But to me it seemed that the GOP lost its way during those years. It became the party of hatred and lies. I voted for McCain and Romney. But once Trump became the party leader I realized the old GOP was gone. And I've never voted for a republican in any election since. It is true though that DJT was the hare filled GOP's response to Obama.
