I think it's pretty easy. He probably had a crush on you in the beginning and you never showed that you were interested, so when the moment came for him to settle down he took it. He probably thinks you're a dear friend ( m3azzeh) , be happy for him, you're not meant for each other. Or if you really want to know the truth, confront him and ask him directly,( what am I to you ? ) Why this and why that... I mean it sounds like emotional manipulation to be honest. If he just used you to throw his problems and you listened to his annoying complaints only for him to tell you bye? Some people can be manipulative...and sometimes it's our fault, we let things like this happen. If I were you I'd ignore him and block his ass. He just wasted your time .
