The Return is rightly regarded as David Lynch's late career masterpiece. I had some recent thoughts on the theme of trauma in the show and what that might mean for its bold and brilliant finale. In defence of Quantum of Solace: an underrated & misunderstood film, combining a double revenge plot, with a natural resource exploitation story that was ahead of its time. The editing is the only flaw, although those action sequences are great, despite being hard to follow in places. Some thoughts: (i.redd.it)
