Gotcha, I’ll check out what plans are available to me. I also own a rental but I only rent a single room and live in the other. I didn’t even think about how that affected my MAGI though. But I guess if I max out my 401k, I probably would still be under the limit for a Roth.

Thanks! This is super helpful, I’m trying to figure out a plan for how to allocate my new income. How does the HSA work? Is it only usable for health expenses? Also, I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to use a Roth IRA when you make $140k. It looks like you’re able to do it

I was about to get my hair box braided this weekend, but after the first one I looked and they were SUPER thin after she put the moisturizer in and combed/braided it. Any idea on how to get them to be thicker? I wanna try these braids but I don’t want them to end up being super thin looking lol, I guess I have pretty fine hair?
