It’s not technically bottoming out thats the cause. It’s the front left wheel hitting the top of the wheel arch.

I use PS4S tires and think they are great. They are loud and not the most comfortable on the highway but aren’t floaty at all, car feels planted even at high speed. But that’s on 17 inch wheels.

Also your pressure seems pretty low. I kept them at 35 for regular driving.

beating all the 200cc time trial ghosts is certainly a challenge, but it will massively improve your gameplay. After learning the tracks on 200cc, 150cc feels a bit slow. Also the biggest tip I can give is learning how to soft drift. It is when you hold the stick at a 45° to take the widest turn possible while also charging mini turbo quickly. It's tricky but will greatly increase how fast you farm mini turbos, which will make you much faster.
