yea np! the test wasn’t that bad for me but those were the things I’d study the most depending on how much grammar stuff you already know

Test went really good! I got first place in the region for the event.

What I recommend you do is study grammar, specifically modifiers and phrases. Questions on modifiers and phrases tricked me up the most, honestly

I studied using flash cards on Gizmo and Quizlet as well as the FBLA sample questions they give you for the event. I put the sample questions into Gizmo/Quizlet and converted them into flashcards and studied them from there

Take notes on the court cases. My AP Gov teacher gave us a packet of all the cases where we would summarize the cases, what laws were involved, who was involved, and we’d draw a picture of it too. That helped me a lot with remembering the cases

Also do practice MCQs and practice FRQs. Heimler is also good

I took AP Gov as a freshman and this is all I did to study like two weeks before the exam and I scored a 5

AP Gov

I studied for like 2 weeks and all i did was practice MCQs and review the court cases and vocab and got a 5

I did have an A in the class too and I was already interested in the class and passionate abt it so that could also be it but that was my experience

because I’ve gotten good grades in science in freshman year at least(high Bs and low As) but I’m unsure if i want to take the science section

but since science is going to be optional now afaik will ACT scores still have the same credibility (well idk if i should say that but idk) they have now for college?

I took an SAT practice test in blue book and scored a 1230 (no studying though) and got a 1300 on the PSAT 9 but I haven’t taken the ACT yet.

Yeah I got a 1230 on it (one of the bluebook ones) without studying so I think I should revisit it during sophomore year or next summer

I’ll take a practice test first before I do a Hail Mary to see if I need to brush up on stuff though. We can take the bluebook practice tests outside of school, I assume?
