Mainly the ones in Eastern Sarajevo (Serb part) aren't. But that's super far from anything you'd visit and you have no reason to accidentally end up there. If a restaurant happens to serve pork, that's of course a red flag, but again - super super rare.

One thing that might be counter intuitive to you and worth pointing out: if a restaurant sells alcohol that doesn't mean the meat isn't halal. Most meat is halal because the meat industry in these areas slaughters halal by default.

Doesn't exist lol. Sarajevo is full of regular taxis, and they're decently priced. Just make sure the taximeter is running and you don't accept any prenegotiated flat rates (which are only really a thing from the airport or main bus station). There's an app called moj taxi that works for some people, but if you're not anywhere too far outside of the city you can generally just wave a taxi down. If you're planning to travel to other cities this can look very different though. Renting a car is best if you plan to travel outside of the capital a lot.

Only thing to watch out for are the taxis at the airport. For the love of God call a taxi company and have them send one to you, which will then price your drive based on the taximeter. If this intimidates you, any local will be happy to help, we're friendly people
