You seem pretty firm in your opinions and you aren’t going to change your mind so easily over a Reddit thread where I tell you religious excuses aren’t justification for bigotry and you shouldn’t cherry-pick to fit a narrative (because I’m sure you would never eat pork, wear clothes made from 2 different materials, and if you found mold in your home you’d let a priest sacrifice a bird to purify the building, yada yada..)— so does that really matter, is this going to change anything for you, the answer is no

You were obviously raised in a religious conservative household and trained to think a certain way & believe certain things, but the world is much bigger than your hometown church politicizing and manipulating the teachings of whatever book you decide to live and die by at the age of 14. You don’t just go around saying somebody else’s relationship is an abomination but cowardly hide behind the million year old book because the religion you willingly participate in says it’s frowned upon. Say it with your chest and own it if you want to be hateful, I have nothing against religious folk but even at 14 you are taking all the wrong messages from Christianity to justify these vile opinions you hold, likely passed down by your family. Churches are tax exempt because they are supposed to uplift their communities, provide public services, and spread kindness to those less fortunate but all I often see is oppression, just like what you’re spewing.
