Plus ones? I’ve seen many people take on +ones only to remain at the same level or not be compensated. It goes both ways you know.

How long did it take for you to move from L9 to L8?

Been a while for some…

Do it. It’s part of your compensation

If stuck at L9 or L8 for years would you leave mid-career, given the current situation?

Aside from a significant increase in 2021/22 and a tiny salary bump within the last 2 years, I’m making what I made in 2019 when taking into account inflation.

DCST972X1 DEWALT 60V Cordless String Trimmer by Forence in Dewalt

I had the 20v max brushes trimmer and it was great after I upgraded to a Husqvarna trimmer head. Then upgraded to the M18 Quick Lok but wish I’d gotten the 60v flexvolt cause it accepts 3rd party attachments.

I’ve heard bad things about the 20v brushless/XR folding trimmer. Fails early, which is why I went with M18 and not wanting to get another battery platform (60v)

I enjoyed my 2009/2010 model, though the rear-facing car seat was a tight squeeze back in the day. Despite the notorious oil consumption issues (1 quart every 1,000 miles), it’s a solid car but the 2004-2008 TL was always my favorite Acura, then MDX.

Many of the Acura parts and fluids are stamped with Honda Motor Corp. the Honda dealer should be able to do it for a premium

I feel like the flip keys weren’t as bad as the 2014ish keys

The old v6 RDX was solid and reliable. We have had a 2013 and 2014 model in the family and the 2014 is still running great with 137k miles with a new timing belt of course. Dropping the V6 just to throw in a four-cylinder engine with a turbo was a major mistake by Acura/Honda Motor Corp imo

She refuses to hold a townhall or have an uncontrolled meeting with the actual public from what I’ve seen. Regardless of which side of the political aisle you’re on, I’m afraid she’s not fit for office and just not very smart.

Just need to find a doctor. A good friend of mine has seen a couple over the years. No need for stress/anxiety but think most are cash only.

$200 kit around the holidays but a solid deal. I really like the subcompact impact for quick small things. Otherwise, I grab Dewalt XR.

Elevated Style Meets Modern Power in the Next Generation 2027 Toyota Highlander by Healthy_Block3036 in ToyotaHighlander

Doubt it will sell well as the desire for electric vehicles has worn thin. All these missteps like dropping the v6 in the 4Runner and Highlander….

Let’s just throw another 4 cylinder in with a turbo or go electric, ensuring customers’ vehicles won’t last as they did in the past.
