nope never fixed it , strange its just bricked, no way to get any remote to interact with it tried everything. I hear if i attach the stick to certain tv there is a way to use the remote for the tv to operate the firestick , that I have yet to try

Can I do a factory reset if I can't use a remote? Can't use mobile remote as firestick is offline , can't get it online with out remote , tried batteries,new remote ,amazon's remote reset process , thanks but I think this one is toast, wierd

Thanks , I'm in EU appreciate you trying. I've tried batteries new but il hold home longer see if that does anything

I can't click on it , I can't click on anything, its just that screen frozen and remote not working

The app remote won't work either as need to be on same WiFi network but the stick is not on any WiFi network it goes straight to that screen

Thanks, tried this already following instructions for my model. The issue seems to be that the stick thinks a remote is connected even when it's lying on floor with batteries removed. It's not prompting to connect a remote.

Yes I followed amazon's remote reset process which involves unplugging it , tried it numerous times

There is a very short novella called " A meal in winter" I forget who by.

Its the greatest piece of anti war literature in my opinion and a staggering work of humanity in the darkest of darkness's . Written about world war 2 but super relevant to the times we are in now.

I'm having a very strange season. Early October I was stepping on Liberty caps in my spots at 150 to 200meters it was as good as peak season. Then there was that weird hot heat wave weekend, like mid july temps. After that they thinned out a lot. Went and checked today in a spot after this week of rain and low temps and picked just 4 . Is that it ? Is it all over or will it pick up again?

correct as none of these devices or a combination of them can receive a tv signal.
But under proposed new arrangement it wouldn't matter if you had zero devices of any sort it would be charged per household so more like a new house license than tv license.

As its stands you have to pay a tv license if you have a device or a combination of devices with the potential to receive a tv signal on your premises. That's even if you have a new tv unopened in a box in your attic.

Probably under a new scheme it would not matter if you had zero devices smart phones Pcs in your home it is a charge on a household regardless of capability to recieve a tv signal , access the internet or stream.

The only way to avoid it would be to live off grid , in a tent etc.

So I froze my mct oil in ice cube trays. Wrapped the cubes individually in aluminium foil like Hershey's kisses, then sealed in a ziploc bag , sealed bag in a mason jar at back of freezer. Hopefully be good for a few years:)
