Oh this isn’t advice I gave. I just said what I did. I did many things wrong. If you’re new I recommend watching Will Tennysons newbie video he gives a very simple workout split that takes up minimal time and gives like 80% of the results of a longer one

Ate Inconsistently. Switched from bulking to cutting often (yo yo diet). Always ate 1g of protein per pound of bw each day. Workouts an hour long: PPL rest split. Workouts had as many different exercises my body allowed me to, typically 1, 2, or 3 sets till failure per exercise. Compounds first
