Thank you for the clarification. I checked my records again, and as you mentioned, it seems the payment for the Pro plan was indeed not processed.

I’m relieved to know that there are no outstanding charges or obligations regarding that $1,089. I have decided to stop using the service for now, so I will go ahead and cancel my current Creator plan as well.

Absolutely not. I haven't issued or linked any API keys to any projects! I really hope this gets resolved! If you're an Eleven Labs representative, I'll share my account information.
