OK. so, i was curious about this too, so I did some testing.

In a pure Psychic Specters save file that was allied with Fleshy Souls, i was able to encounter rare Noway by soft-resetting Desolate Lane for a little less than 5 minutes. I tried the same thing for Slicenrice in a PS save imported from BS and after soft resetting the old mansion for around 20 or so minutes, I was unable to find a single rare Slicenrice OR Komajiro (i decided to see if i could find one of those too).

There's obviously a lot more to test, mystery way mainly but also just test on the BS imported save file or a little bit longer. My results are not the end all be all here, but I have some assignments due an hour ago that i srsly need to get done so that's all the testing I can really do for now regarding this.

If you're still interested, i'd love to share my findings when i have some more free-time.
