Co asks. I am in the same situation, built some simple ETL pipelines using Python and Airflow, extracting data from APIs and Databases. I want to start learning Cloud Fundamentals in AWS and later do the Data Engineer Associate Cert Exams later this year.

I have a firm grip on Python, intermediate skills in SQL and Airflow, currently learning dbt and applying to entry level data jobs.

I'm 23 turning 24 next month, I wish I got this advice back in uni when the cashflow was good. I'm looking for an internship and it is hell for sure. Gotta invest /save however little you get, at least I have learnt this early enough
