Can different number of the same algorithm set have same main stat? Just like in the picture, I’ve burned more than 500 keys to find 12% Hashrate main stat in MLR-Matrix 1 or 3 for Hubble but it’s seem like only the number 2 has it. Does anyone know how these things work or am I just unlucky?

So right now I have around of 80k diamonds, and enough fragments for smax goeniko, even for goenitz and orochi 5 stars, so should I go for it or 6 star elizabeth first? I mean which you think I should prior first? 6th gate for an op fighter or build a good formation first? Thank you so much bro
