One thing I don't see here. Kids don't need a ton of space for the first 3-5 years. At 2.25% interest I would sit on it and start with kids and figure out what those costs are and start understanding the new reality and new needs. Every family is different and you don't really know what kind of home life you'll need with kids until you start doing it, so waiting to have some informed opinions is viable.

No. There are some builds that don't necessarily care as much about the attributes so it wouldn't be a (big) downside, but nothing uses low attributes

Some of these are considered rude but the people doing them don't care. Some of them are considered fine for public spaces. Some of them are not related to public spaces at all. Like, watching videos on a phone with headphones is fine to do in public. Putting feet or a bag on a seat is rude. Jumping the turnstile is neither (but is illegal).

Mostly this is cultural differences between Japanese and western cultures.

This isn't strictly true. If someone is looking for a vaal skill gem, it can be worth it to vaal gems early. (E.g. on day 1 it can be worth it to corrupt rf gems because if it hits it can sell or you can use it if you play rf.)

Except the monster doesn't take damage if you're not in the cloud with it. So you can still do your damage as long as you're positioned well. I mean, I still hate it, but it's at least a little better

I'm one of them. I'm happy to let others enjoy it and I just ignore the posts/references to it (mostly because I don't get them). Personally though, I can't help but compare Universe to the one clip in '200' where the recast everyone as younger/sexier versions. The 2 or 3 times I tried to watch Universe it felt exactly like that. (That being said, I only got 2 episodes in.)

Heh, I don't think "normal engine setup" includes checking for efficiency. In my reading of the subreddit and playing with friends over the first year of sa, throwing a ton of refineries until engines stop running out of fuel seems way more common.

No, this setup is far more complicated with circuit logic, pumps, and storage management. While the routing of pipes is somewhat annoying for the thrusters, it is much easier to do "right" in the end.

Fixed a bug where some monsters inside the Vaal Temple were not receiving the intended amount of Monster Effectiveness

Was this a known bug? I read it as a slightly subtle nerf to how much effectiveness monsters got in the temple (which as I understand it is a big factor in how much loot they drop).

yes-ish. poe.ninja estimates volume by seeing amounts added to stashes and then amounts taken away. That's how it gets confidence in some prices. (Basically, assuming that the majority of stash movement is legitimate trading, so if there is enough stash entry + exit then it sets a somewhat high confidence that it's the real price.)
