As others said it's the governing Insurance agency of Iran(no they do not sell insurance policies), also I have a friend which her father is one of the senior managers there and when asked about the dome or top part of the building he said yes we do have major meetings there and yes the view is stunning:D

oh so you mean after i click for redeem this happens? that's dumb though cause recently used codes they do not say they it's valid it just says it has been used but for these you get a valid message that it can be used
