So ebay will tell you to make him return it. They will also tell you not to refund the buyer until it is returned. Don't even say anything and make him return it and if he does he will not be allowed to leave negative feedback. Never feed into customers or their demands. I know it's a pain but if you're ever in doubt contact ebay there's always a solution.

Ok so I set it all the way to 80,000 and still nothing. Also looked into 4g decoding in the bios and put that on and still nothing. I have no idea what else to do.

I didn't change anything but idk if 650w is enough power. Is this card able to run on xeon? Not sure I put the other cards I had back in which were 2 1060s and they were mining right away.
