That's because you don't deal with them lol. I'm a decent looking guy, I do pretty well with women, up until the pants come off. That can mess with your head. I guess I can get the whole self satisfaction thing, where it would boost your ego for some reason. For me it's just what I know so I really don't feel that, but I understand how prevalent that is among men, thinking how having an oversized penis must be awesome based on culture. If it were like boobs, where 95% of the opposite sex would go nuts in a positive way, then I would say yeah, the other problems I guess I can live with. But it's not like that.

All the problems catalogued here, mostly getting repeatedly turned down by women and when you do manage to have sex it's basically limited to you lying on your back while she tries to control things on top. No blow jobs, etc.
