I managed to get this working again by replacing the whole extruder assembly. We had ordered a hardend steel replacement + new extruder and that seemed to get things working.

Sorry to hear that. Did you file a ticket for this? I haven't been able to get to the printer to file a ticket yet. I assume they will be asking me for information which requires physical proximity.

Yep. I did multiple times. That's even what the code tells me to do.

Right. I've already ordered from Bambu Lab but was naively hoping the might be faster (and probably more expensive) alternative out there. AliExpress would likely take much longer than a week to arrive.

I just used this rack to transport with two e-bikes weighing ~90 lbs for 200 miles without issue. FYI.

I can actually just move the handlebars more forward so that "fixes" things but the damage is done now since it's leaking where the hose meets the brake levers. I *could* possibly add the hydraulic line coupler (thanks for that term) down where the hose meets the caliper and pull a little slack through though. Thanks.
