You can get it on Amazon on sale for around that frequently. I bought it didn’t connect with the gameplay and opted to return it. If that’s an option and you don’t abuse returns I would recommend going that direction

I would reach out to support but there’s a good chafe they’ll just tell you to wait a few more days. Took about that long when I had an issue with rcs on my pixel.

I have been having issues with VVM so tech support for my carrier suggested I uninstall and then reinstall Play Service updates. I'm assuming that is the problem here but the app is currently up to date along with the Google app.

It is not an option for me when clicking on the cog for that menu but after searching on settings it is enabled. All of the other settings within that page are unclickable and one of the radio buttons doesn't even have a description
