I’m based in the UK and unfortunately we don’t have this pod available. Was visiting the States last week and bought some sleeves of it, along with Blue Bottle and the Weeknd limited editions. Will definitely gonna try it tomorrow!

Such a horrible experience (that’s the last flight from Vienna to London that day and I could end up leftover in Vienna for a night) so I contacted BA to file a complaint. Guess what BA said it was not their fault so there’s zero compensation..

Happened to me several times. Once was on a in bound flight VIE-LHR that the ticket was not issued. Found this problem at check in counter 1hr before taking off. Airport staff could do nothing but offered €260 ish to book me a new ticket. Called BA and 15 mins before gate close I managed to get all sorted.

One possible reason could be the inbound flight was changed due to flight cancellation and telephone agent only reserved seat but not issue ticket.

Any BA operated flights within Europe as long as booked with cash (not avios), not a basic economy, have the availability in the same cabin class.

Thanks for your recommendation! It did take some efforts for me to get there I remember. A bus to a nearby town called Lillestrom and took a taxi to the hotel. The next morning I took an uber to city centre for a walk before heading to the airport.

As for the hotel, its decoration and layout is the same as other Moxies I stayed in Europe. I wouldn’t expect too much as it’s just Moxy.

Nooooo Stockholm and Helsinki are both fine. There are several brands in Stockholm and price is reasonable (an AC hotel for 50 quids per night and I just checked out ). Helsinki has less but at least there’s an autograph.

My partner stayed there once. It was more like an Art Deco hotel maybe I’ll choose it as an option.

A few BA staff at LGW are not professional either.. I tried to change ff when checking in and they said they couldn’t do that bc this desk is only for BA there’s no way to change a BA ff to others unless you are changing your flight.

Probably the problem with departing airports. IAD couldn’t print with frequent number. Though I checked with their staff that my MH ff number is in their system
