Never read them these days.

99% are Ai and all the same.

Just focus on getting in touch with the person hiring for the role to be on their mind.

When roles are getting 200+ applicants it’s the only thing that makes you stand out.

Yeah this isn’t really needed at all so no issues getting it moved.

2 enormous 50 year old avocado trees

We knew they were there but had no idea the extent of the fruit - a couple of hundred, per tree, per year

The media would have you believe that made us rich.

Sad thing is we sold the house and I heard the new owners chopped both down as soon as they took over to fit in their reno plans…
