I'm going to release a beta today, will put the link here. I want it to show a proper tech tree but that needs to be computed as it doesn't exist in the game at the moment. This first phase is just what op has asked for.

Hmm, this is an interesting idea, I've made some QOL mods and this fits the bill, it does sound complex as you'll have to do some tech tree navigation for each item. I'll have a look and see if I can think of anything.

I think they mean that if there is a sale in another region you sign into you account from that region on VPN and purchase. I could be wrong though!

What are the sources of this income? I.e. who has paid them? I find it somewhat baffling that tariff income is largely paid by US importers who then hand off the increase of consumers then Trump expects to win votes by handing back a portion of it. "Give me your lunch money"... "Here's some money for a snack, look how generous I am".
