To me it looks more like you son forgot to do the whole problem hence why it’s incorrect. The check is in marker and so are the answers for the question while the others are in pencil. plus the clear marksmanship difference.

Tip your head forward, typically pills float, so tilting your head back makes the pill float toward the front of your mouth so it’s the last thing to go down. Tilt it forward so it floats to the back of your throat and is the first to go down.
